What are the minimum requirements to apply for a driving position?

Applicants must have a valid Class 1, a clean driving record, and be able to pass a background check and drug screening. Preference will be given to drivers with aligning industry experience and those that strongly align with our core values.

Is there an orientation or training program for new drivers?

Yes, all new drivers attend an orientation program that covers company policies, safety procedures, core values, and route planning. Our training programs are tailored to the experience level of the driver. We regularly train brand new drivers who just received their licences up to drivers with 20+ yrs of experience.

Who can drivers contact for support while on the road?

Our 24/7 dispatch, operations & support team are always available to assist drivers with any logistical issues. We also have 24/7 support from our Operations Managers for emergencies or onroad repairs. We make sure our drivers are never alone on the road.
